For over fifteen years, I have drawn delicate line drawings about space and movement in notebooks as a private exercise key to my process but was never directly informed by my more experiential three-dimensional work. The Delineation Series is part of a new development in which I am making three-dimensional versions of these drawings. It is a simple gesture about space and movement but retains my general focus to highlight the immaterial space one inhabits in one's relationship to one's surroundings.
